Booking

Booking can be done online, over the phone, or in person. Call or text your local photographer for the quickest response in the event you have a few additional questions prior to booking.

Prepping the shoot

To be able to achieve the best possible products and services, we ask that the property be in shoot ready condition. We would be more than happy to conduct a walk-through with you and/or seller to iron out any details prior to the day of the shoot. Please have any furniture and accessories in place as you would like them photographed. Remove as much clutter and personal items (i.e. pet supplies, grooming items, toiletries on counters.) Dust as well as dirty surfaces and windows will distract from the purpose of the photo or video (to get your property sold!) We will do our best to avoid trouble spots or shoot around staging areas, please inform us prior to shooting.

Delivery

All final files are delivered digitally through Google Drive or Drop-box. For photos you will receive High Res .jpg and MLS ready .jpg. If your personal or broker sites have other resolution requirements please let us know. For videos you will receive a 1080p HD .mp4 file that is ready for youtube, vimeo, and any other video hosting site. If you would like us to host your video for free and send you a direct link please let us know. 4k resolution videos require advance notice prior to shooting. Social media platform specific resolutions are also available. Please let us know your preferred delivery method and resolution needs, we will be happy to accommodate.
